last year's piece... much looser, more relaxed. Not so overworked...

The Speakeasy Comic Art Show also in Toronto, Canada, on Nov. 5.

If you're in the area, it might be worth dropping by. Don't go out of your way, though.

Took a while, but this part was fun to do.

Madaline was originally a prose piece, but after some review, I decided to go back and refine it into verse.  I might add a stanza or two for the book, but I think the length is about right -- you can't drag this sort of thing on too long. Straight forward comics, now.
